Join us for our Christmas in Peninsula Celebration. Holiday memories for the entire family are made here, with unique gift items from our galleries, shops and holiday events!

Ride the train, pick out a Christmas tree, have your picture taken with Frosty or Santa’s Elves or Santa’s LIVE reindeer. Start a Christmas Tradition!
Spend the day and experience all we have to offer.

MUSIC
Throughout the Village The Woodridge High School show choir, Rhapsody, as well as Friends in Harmony, members of the Summit County Medical Alliance, will stroll the Village entertaining us with holiday songs.

Bronson Church
1712 Main Street. An old fashioned and free Christmas Concert & Sing-a- long featuring our merry cast of musicians, elves and the Toy Soldier. The 40 minute petite concerts will begin at 1, 2 & 3pm.

Elements Gallery
1619 West Mill Street. Red Brick Rhoades will help us celebrate 25 years in the Village as they play from 1-3pm. Join us for cookies & hot cider. We represent 45 of the region’s finest artists and craftspeople.

Trail Mix – Peninsula
1600 West Mill Street. Bring your camera to capture that special moment with Santa. Santa’s elves will be on hand to help all good little girls & boys make a special gift. Every Saturday & Sunday from 11/30 through 12/22 from 1-3pm only.

Peninsula Art Academy
1600 West Mill Street. The Peninsula Art Academy offers a truly unique shopping experience this holiday season. Featuring a vast array of local pottery, ceramics, glass art, fiber art, fine art, jewelry and photography for purchase and a wide range of art classes which can be the perfect solu- tion for that hard-to-buy-for person on your gift list. Holiday refresh- ments provided. Open from 11am-5pm. Free refreshments!

1599 Main Street. Cookies & coffee all day!

The Log Cabin Gallery
1671 Main Street. Visit with Frosty the Snowman from 2-3 pm. Shop for locally crafted, unique gifts during our Winter at the Cabin Exhibit.

Le Seraglio
1663 Main Street. Stop in for refreshments while you shop!

Yellow Creek Trading Company
1685 Main Street. Visit two of Santa’s LIVE REINDEER courtesy of Yellow Creek Trading Co., Friends of the Peninsula Library, and Ohio Hardwood Furniture. Children will be able to view the reindeer, touch a pair of antlers, and ask questions of the reindeers’ caretakers from Spring Mist Farm. Santa’s LIVE reindeer will be located on the green space across the street from Yellow Creek Trading Co. and next to the Bronson Church.
1-4 pm. Remember to stop in for a visit with the Grinch from 1-3 pm at Yellow Creek Trading Co. He will have a sweet treat for kids.

G.A.R. Hall
1785 Main Street. Come to our Handcrafted for the Holidays bazaar from 10am to 4pm. Shop for locally made art, craft & food. Free admission!

FARMS
Heritage Farms
6050 Riverview Road. Holiday family traditions–Cut your own and fresh cut Christmas trees. 9:00 am-7:00 pm. Fields open until dark.

RECREATION
Century Cycles
1621 Main Street. Browse for bicycles and bicycling accessories that make won- derful holiday gifts for the whole family. We celebrate our “Oh What Fun It Is To Ride!” Holiday Sale Nov. 29 thru Dec. 31 with 10% off all bicycles and 15% off everything else in the store, including clothing, lights, bells, baskets, and more!

5555 Akron-Peninsula Road. Live music (7-10pm), an “ugly Christmas sweater” contest, cookie decorating, and we will be encouraging gift donations for Toys for Tots.

HISTORY

Cuyahoga Valley Historical Society Museum
1775 Main Street. Open House hours 12-4 pm. Stop by the Museum to take in the local history displays. G.A.R. Hall 1785 Main Street. See the special exhibit from the International Gingerbread Society. Hundreds of objects on display and lots of gingerbread fun. Free admission—Open during Handcrafted for the Holidays from 10am-4pm.

Peninsula Library & Historical Society
6105 Riverview Road. Kids Christmas Crafts: 10:30am-Noon. Hey kids, come to the library for a fun morning of Christmas craft making! Please call to sign up so we have enough art supplies for everyone! For ages 5 and up. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!!! 330-657-2665

SERVICES
Terry Lumber & Supply Co.
1710 West Mill Street. Terry Lumber has gifts for everyone on your list–hand and power tools, workshop supplies, hardware, and Lodge cast iron cookware. Shop for unique gifts and enjoy fresh-popped popcorn. Lumps of coal available for that special person. Open from 8am to 3pm.

Peninsula United Methodist Church
1575 Main Street. Cookie Walk from 10am-3pm. Homemade cookies sold by the pound. Pick your own! Coffee and tea available.
